Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate

THE CLIENT:

Our client is a nationally known regional leader in commercial real estate properties.  One one of the nation’s most financially stable commercial real estate firms, they are also known for their quality and variety of office space and for their commitment to philanthropy.  They contribute millions of dollars to local causes and organizations annually.  They are continuing their dynamic growth in the region and are adding a Sales Executive to their commercial team.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a dynamic commercial real estate sales person to join the team.  Our client values employees with a terrific work ethic, people who truly care about what they do every day and, of course, smart!

This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter with proven sales and or leasing experience, looking to join an enthusiastic and collaborative powerhouse commercial real estate team.

THE POSITION:

You will use your sales skills and initiative to develop sales leads and work the full sales process from cold calls to negotiations to close.  There are referral opportunities a.s well. Use your strong networking skills with the brokerage community, establish relationships with prospects and clients, and negotiate and preparing lease documents.

The position is office-based (on Boston’s north shore) with minimum travel (sales calls).

THE COMPENSATION:

A very competitive base salary is offered plus commissions and annual bonus.  First year compensation is well into the six figure range and complete company benefits are offered. All business expenses are paid.
