Sales and Marketing Search is a contingency based recruiting firm. We were founded in 1992 to serve B2B growing companies with top-notch sales and marketing talent, from entry level positions to VP level.

Since that time we have worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes, technologies and products in eastern Massachusetts and nationwide. Some have grown considerably in size and stature, some have remained the same size, and some (frankly) have gone out of business.

We have noticed and come to believe firmly that the one thing that separates those companies which become successful and those which don't are THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THEM. We believe that the difference between success and failure is GREAT HIRING.
